All Services subject to additional $15 Mobile Fee per visit. So your pet has got the "Diabeetus"?! While it can be overwhelming to say the least when you first get the news that you have a diabetic pet, things like blood glucose curves, how to use the glucometer, obtaining a blood drop sample or even administering insulin may seem daunting; not to worry, RVT Chelsey can help! Available Services: 1. In-home Demonstration and Review - Glucometer use - How and where to obtain a sample from your pet - Insulin administration and care 2. Blood Glucose Readings - Single Reading - Blood Glucose Curve (multiple readings throughout a single day) 3. Insulin Administration IMPORTANT: - Owner must provide all supplies. - All medication and treatments must have a care plan from a licensed Veterinarian. - Please note my business hours are Mon 12p -8pm Tues - Fri 10am-6pm any medications that require dosing outside these hours may be accommodated for an extra fee on a case by case bases.
